It looks like my blog knows things are about to be changing. It’s acting like that greedy relative of an elderly person who is about to kick the bucket. Slowly sneaking away with heirlooms when it thinks no one is looking. Some of the behind the scenes features are having technical difficulties. My current database is acting a little hosed (like it isn’t letting me post to my food blog or the project 366 pages). It’s a good thing I exported all of my entries yesterday, I guess. If things look strange, check back again later. This weekend I’ll be making the switch over to Wordpress.
I haven’t posted in weeks because I backed up my database in preparation for repairs/upgrades. I need to either get it done, or just go back to posting
Is exporting the same as backing up the database? Can I export to, say, Word, so I have a readable copy on my computer?
I think I may wait and see how this WordPress thing goes for you. It might be worth it so switch.
Sorry to hear you’re having technical difficulties with your blog – I know first hand how frustrating that can be! I hope they get resolved soon.
