Pegacorn (Pegasus and Unicorn), Fortune Teller, kid with green hair.
Zoey’s costume was a hit because it was original and home made.
Nathan had been telling us he was too old for trick-or-treating, if he wanted candy, he would use his allowance. Changed his tune pretty quick when it came time to knock on doors.

Dining out at an actual sit down restaurant. This is a really rare occasion for us. So it’s a little strange that we ate out twice this week.
So, you want to know what happens when you wait for multiple days to get pictures from your camera? Instead of just taking a few minutes to edit and upload some pictures, it turns into hours, and hours, and hours. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken if I did more than just resize those suckers. Makes me glad I like most of my pictures straight out of the camera.
The good news is that the Project 366 group should be just about up to date. Guess what else? I may actually do a few more posts this week! Lucky you right?
One of the projects I finished up about a week ago was a quilt for my newest nephew. He is tentatively scheduled to make his grand appearance November 7th. I never showed the front of the quilt, because I wanted to wait until the package was received. Now that I have confirmation, you can see the finished product for yourselves.
Sorry to you other five nephews. I promise, you are just as special.

Roses on a fence. I couldn’t decide between this picture, and this one.
Little wheels, little feet.
We went to a skate party and all three kids had a really good time.
Lacing up the pads for the last game of the season.
Last football practice of the season.
Allison has bronchitis and the doctor prescribed breathing treatments. We didn’t even know what breathing treatments were. She has this mask, and a wand that she can use.
When she uses the wand, it looks like she is taking hits from a bong. Smoke billows around her head and her eyes glass over.
Every great once in a while I get to do some meaningless, trivial task at work. I love it. It’s a good change from the usual grind. Unfortunately, it happens maybe once a year.
Someone found hundreds of our old catalogs at work. The insides were useless, but the covers could be recycled. I spent most of the day removing staples.
Used my computer at home in the past week.
Okay, I did turn it on for a quick recipe look up, but that’s it. You know what? I don’t really miss it that much. I have been filling my time with reading and crafting. Two things that are so much more fulfilling than zoning out in front of the computer screen for my few hours at home.
This leads to the obvious, that I haven’t updated my blog in a few days. Yes, this even counts the Project 366 section. I have taken pictures every day, so I don’t think I am failing at my challenge. I just haven’t taken them from the camera to the computer. Rest assured. They are on their way tonight. Zoey has a big school project due tomorrow and Allison has bronchitis so we are staying home from Nathan’s practice.
She has had a cough all weekend and we decided that if it wasn’t sounding better today, into the doctor’s office she would go. Instead of being better this morning she was worse. Greg drove her to school, but when they got there he asked if she wanted to take the day off. “Sure!”, she said.
It was only as they were pulling back into the drive way that she realized, “Hey! Why are you bringing me home??!!??” and proceeded to throw a fit because she wanted to go to school. Hearing that took away the last of my worries that she might not be enjoying school.
