Meal Plan 2/22 – 3/9 (or somewhere close)

The kids requested some old classics and because baseball and softball should be starting up this week or next, I was happy to oblige. Most of our meals will be pretty simple things for the next few months and even though there will be lots of repetition, I’m going to post our meal plans anyway.

Spaghetti
Goulash – It’s nothing fancy or anything and really for the most part, goulash is just a pot of things thrown together. My mom made it this way when we were kids and it is a comfort meal as much as anything for me. Elbow noodles, tomato sauce, corn, hamburger, pinto beans, salt and pepper. Easy.
Fettuccine
Pizzas
Sloppy Joes
Lemon Chicken – Going to give this one another try with correctly cooked rice.
Pulled Pork Sandwiches – Both of these recipes listed here are favorites of ours. Because it’s a put it in the crock pot and leave it, I’m sure I’ll be making this one more often as we get busier.
Caesar Salad
Chicken Schnitzel
Bean and Mushroom Stroganoff- This one is a fast favorite. I cooked it for the first time last week some time. Man, oh man it was delicious.
Lasagna with half moon rolls
